Christmas Avalanche is a holiday variation of a popular puzzle game on Mac. The goal is to make as many points as possible by clicking on connected matching blocks. You can also click on bombs to make blocks explode. You naturally have a time limit, this time represented by a coming avalanche.
The graphics are fairly weak, but it's understandable for game that can be played on Mac OS 10.1 and over. The game itself is enjoyable, especially with all the bonuses available and the increasing difficulty. New users will also find a tutorial on the left side of the interface to learn how to play the game.

Christmas Avalanche is an extremely addictive arcade/puzzle game. As the Avalanche rapidly approaches, you must destroy it as quickly as possible. Use bombs and combine bonuses for increased enjoyment.
Click on three or more matching blocks to destroy portions of the Avalanche. The more blocks destroyed the more points earned. Beware; the Avalanche is quickly gaining speed. Used color bombs to destroy similar colored portions of the Avalanche and black bombs to destroy giant areas. Add point bonuses and the ability to build them up and you have one super addictive game.
